Please accept my apologies for the AGM:  I have a previous engagement!  I have no issues that I wish to have raised and am happy to cast my vote in favour of the committee nominations, if absentee votes are permitted!  I should like to place on record my thanks to the committee members for the work they do on our behalf to provide us with a thriving and friendly club where we are able to enjoy our Bridge.  Clubs like this do not run themselves but rely on a degree of hard work and commitment by selfless people who are prepared to beaver away in the background - often without reward or recognition.  Thank you all.
